Skeledirge's flames clearly start from its mouth.
Also during the animation the flames pivot with the mouthtip instead of being stuck to its neck.

God this game's visuals are awful

Why didn't they stick to the Sugimori-style graphics in SM? It was like the perfect look for human/Pokemon models

Does that mean it is unable to boost it's own SPA with Torch Song or does it just ignore the enemy boosts?

Try Hex instead of Snarl. Unaware also ignores your opponent's negative stat drops, so Snarl's SpA drop is ignored.

Will-O-Wisp's Atk drop ISN'T ignored however, so that's still fine to use.

If it’s Doubles, it should actually be fine since it’s supports its teammates, but for singles usually go for Hex.

Yes it is support for doubles
The whole idea was Torchsong / Trick room turn 1
and then go for strong Snarl's (if it's rly good i may go for tera Dark)
