Like does anyone actually know how to determine what meal power is assigned what type when making a meal?

How does breeding affect size? Does the size of one parent matter more than the other? Do their sizes matter at all?
Does the Humungo and Teensy meal powers affect the eggs? And if so should said meal powers be active when hatching or receiving the eggs?
