Initially was lukewarm to it because it's one of 5 mon designs that aren't moeblob calarts garbage, but man is it an impoverished design
It looks like any other dragon type if you took away the 2 most defining features of their design off.
Charizard without horns and tail
Salamence without headspikes and wings
Hydreigon without the fur and additional heads
another way to describe it is a stage1 evolution, like a Charmeleon
it's missing stuff, and yet because of those irregular ice plates on its belly it also looks too noisy, feels like blue-er Druddigon
