They were all pretty good in gen 3, but they got power crept super hard in gen 4 and beyond. Regigigas was supposed to be balanced by his shit ability but then they just said lol and have now made pokemon with more strength and less drawbacks.
They really need proper touchups as the new Regis are much more viable
