You know I can somewhat understand why things like Hisuian Arcanine or Hisuian Qwilfish are not in S/V without transfer, but there's no reason to cuck people out of evolving their Ursaring or Scyther into Ursaluna and Kleavor. They could just add the evo item and make up some lore about how forgotten evolution methods were rediscovered in Paldea or something
