Imagine you are the leader of a dual-type gym. What is:
>your type combination
>your team (2-5 pokémon)
>your theme/badge

RULES for the team:
If you choose ice/water for example
>ice-water / water-ice pokémon are allowed
>pure ice types and pure water types are allowed
>other typings are not allowed

this rule is stupid. As long as it has one of the 2 types it fits. Why is Geodude in every Rock gym despite being a Ground type?

I've always thought this kind of setup would be better for gyms. You can sweep a gym with just one type, but think it might be harder to do so with dual types.

IMO having no other types available is kinda dumb, especially if you have a type combo without any actual pokemon in it, but them's the rules I guess.

Back. I have a few others.
This one is Bug/Grass, which is a fun combo, the team was designed as a jungle themed gym, probably early game since that's when bugs work best.

A mix would work well. If you have the usual 8 gyms, E4, champ, and evil team, then make 4 of the gyms dual-type, everything can be represented with no overlap.
