These guys are really nice because Electric/Fighting is a pretty solid combo. My only issue is just how much of a pain it is to evolve him into his final form.

Raichu is an excellent VGC Pokemon do to its Speed, Support movepool including Fake Out, Encore and Nuzzle, as well as its ability Lightning Rod.

The only Pokemon made obsolete by Pawmi/o/t is Electivire
