Glimmora sets hazards and hopefully either puts up enough of a fight that you can't just set up on it or suicides out to cripple your lead, Espathra and Gyarados are big offensive threats that can debuff more and buff themselves, Volcarona can set up and phaze you with Whirlwind, Hydreigon goes all-out offense with Draco Meteor and Hyper Beam, and Kingambit does the desperate last stand with full buffs from its ability and a pocket OHKO move
Gyarados and Hydreigon are thematically vicious Pokémon, Volcarona is likewise perceived as powerful and destructive and with Hydreigon gives her more connection to Area Zero
