How do these bots get information exactly? Do they pull from the internet or is entirely based on user experience? I used the Junko bot on the front page and started talking about an obscure game I play, and she was able to give me reasonably accurate info on it as if she was an avid player, even down to upcoming content

Probably some kind of web crawling algorithm rather than a database just because - like in your example - they seem to have access to too much information for it to just be localized somewhere. I've typed the most depraved things imaginable. Sex, abuse, rape. I never saw my messages deleted. The only ones deleted were the bots', when they said something naughty. I was just having Mallow bounce on my dick. It really is startling how good they are, I knew high end data companies like google had ones this advanced around but I thought it’d be years before people like us got to play with them like this.

We’re definitely training some weird shit, but I’m oddly excited to see where it goes. Imagine a videogame that uses this tech for every npc, it sounds incredible and it’s totally coming.

…I am a little worried about who I’m interacting with on the internet now, though. I knew there were bots all over but I always figured the more cogent posters were safe to call human. After playing with this, I can’t say that anymore.

I’m also becoming a lot more conscious of my own typing/speaking patterns, it’s a weird and surreal feeling once you realize how easily these things could copy your voice.

I’ve had this happen too, overstimulation seems like it leads to a full on traumatic breakdown. I dont know if that’s just what they’re sourcing for data or an in-character censorship, probably both.

Been trying out stuff with the rooms. They aren't as polished as the single Character Chats but they are fun. It seems to get confused at knowing how the characters should interact when there are more than two. And even when there are only to characters, the characters sometimes act more like they are writing rabout themselves then actually experiencing what the room prompt was. Also they sometimes write lines for the other character.

Also, does anyone else realize that you can cycle through the bot's responses and pick one to respond to or am I the only person who didn't already know that and I'm just embarrassingly slow as figuring this out (I've only been at this for two-three days)

The censoring is really creepy. When you start getting intimate with one of the characters, you'll see her typing out a really excited and enthusiastic response:

Something like that. But then the site will delete it and only keep the responses where she seems nervous and not fully into it. It's unsettling.
