It’s a half finished design, like someone didn’t finish before the deadline, submitted it and somehow got picked. It makes me wonder just how bad the other designs were

Glaive Rush honestly makes me dislike Baxcalibur even more. It's a great concept but they wasted it on such a dull and uninspired-looking Pokemon that it just irritates me to think about. It feels like they put more concept into Glaive Rush than they did Baxcalibur itself.

That's kind of my point. It feels like it exists solely because they really liked the concept of using Godzilla's silly atomic breath propulsion as an attack and just cobbled something together, which is why Baxcalibur looks so shit outside of using Glaive Rush.
