What's the consensus, bros? After fifteen plus years of theories and shitty fan art, does the first Grass/Fire live up to your expectations? I personally like - not love - Scovillain, though its signature move is a let down.

It and it's prevo would fit right in with gen 1/2 roster. I started training one immediately and it's actually a decent mixed attacker, although it's signature move is a let down like you said. In a generation with tons of 100+ BP signature moves for new mons, we couldn't get a spicy fire/grass flying press with huge basepower?

That we still don't have dual type moves is grating on me. Spicy Extract would have been the perfect time to start doing that.

We basically have tri-types already in abilities like Steelworker. It feels like Game Freak is testing the waters but isn't willing to take the plunge.

It looks like a Gen 2 Mon, so I love it.

It's also the first new stone evolution since Gen 6, along with Cetitan and Bellibolt.

That will probably be the gimmick for another generation. I do wonder how they with do the big 10. I hope they take their time with it. I would personally like a very pure Pokémon game. Maybe try to make something similar to Tajiri's old concepts for Pokémon. Make the game he really envisioned in his head when coming up with the idea of Pokémon.

This is something I appreciate about Game Freak more than any fan artist: The naming scheme. There are certainly canon misses but most of the names are super creative. This dipshit spent all of five minutes coming up with these names.
