Flip Turn, Jet Punch, Drain Punch, Wave Crash, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Taunt, Bulk Up, Boomburst, Draining Kiss, Aura Sphere, Grass Knot, Facade, Ice Beam, Iron Head, and even Zen Headbutt.

Since Rillaboom got kneecapped, the only high tier Grass types that could give Palafin grief are Shaymin-S or Kartana. Electric is more dire since just Ice Punch and Jet Punch could cover all of the viable Ubers/OU Electric types. Meanwhile Dialga is weak to Ground and Fighting, two of the most common offensive types in the game.
