Brute Bonnet - Overroonguss; "Overrun Us", keeps the name convention intact, even goes with the phrase in a way albeit I know that's a stretch
Iron Treads - Caraphan; Caravan + phan, fits the vehicle/wheel theming and keeps the "phan" intact which fits the family
Sandy Shocks - Magnepoch; Magne + epoch, again keeping the family naming conventions in tact and twists the size units (-mite, -ton) into an in between with them and -zone, functioning as a unit of a "zone" of time
Iron Jugulis - Tridroidon, Tri + Droid + on tacked on to sound the same. Droid for obvious reasons, Tri maintins the family always having a number in it (even if it's not german this time). I like

And my three favorites that I can't decide between:
Iron Bundle - Dollibird, Deliborg, or fuse the two into Dolliborg. All three sound close enough to the original point of the Delibird's name sounding like "delivered" while referencing either the toy aspect or the machine aspect.
I have more but those are the ones I'm most proud of
