>>52537677I think one of the issues with snow is that it fixed the problem of hail not really giving ice types a good buff, but it still doesn't feel like enough. I mean, this is what the other weathers do:
>Rain doubles power of Water moves, halves power of Fire moves, activates rain abilities, buffs Thunder and Hurricane, nerfs Solar beam and a few healing moves>Fire doubles the power of fire moves, halves the power of water moves, activates sun abilities, buffs solar beam, solar blade, growth and a few healing moves, nerfs thunder and hurricane>Sand deals chip damage to all Pokémon that are not ground, steel, rock or immune through an ability, activates sand abilities, boosts the special defense of rock types, boosts the power of a healing move, nerfs thunder, hurricane, the solar moves, and the daytime/night healing moves>Snow makes Blizzard 100% accurate, activates snow abilities, allows Aurora veil to be used, buffs the defense of ice types, and nerfs thunder, hurricane, the solar moves, and the daytime / night healing movesIt feels like the other weathers do a lot more and you can work more with them. I kind of wish that snow kept the hail damage or had some other moves or abilities to work with. Snow gets the speed boosting and healing abilities that the others got, but it doesn't really get as many weather setters and I feel like it's lacking some sort of ability that buffs attack power or having some sort of move that gets stronger in that weather that isn't a blizzard or veil. Like some sort of a healing move similar to shore up/synthesis or maybe another attacking move that just straight up gets stronger, like an ice variant of surf or something
