I'd just like to remind everyone that you don't need to strictly follow the exact level curve order and it's actually quite fun to mix up your routes.

It can also be challenging however so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone doing a nuzlocke.

After S/V ended up being not complete shit, I've been thinking about spicing up a potential second playthrough, or things I could do to spice up future playthroughs of other games
A part of me wants to channel the wholesome 100 redditor and start an all dog mons playthrough, but monotype also seems pretty cool

Christ it's been so long since I've been excited about playing a Pokémon game

I have been thinking about a second playthrough when I only battle the mandatory battles and with minimum grinding if at all.
How feasible it is? Also looking forward more ideas

Extremely feasible
My current playthrough I've fought maybe a dozen trainers only in the early game and I'm still on par with all the bosses

I went Monocolor:

Had some type overlapping and weaknesses, especially to Flying, Fire, Poison. Tyranitar was key to making sure I didn't get completely stomped, went Specially Defensive Mixed set on him because that's always been my favorite Tyranitar set to use. I luckily got a Protean Sprig through randomly trading early game, and so that also helped with alleviating any offensive weaknesses. I thought Vivillon would be my weakest link, but spamming Compound Eyes Hurricanes was really fun, and I opted out of using Hurricane on Noivern, preferring to go with a nuke set of Draco Meteor/Boomburst/Flamethrower/Dragon Pulse while holding a Normal Gem.

People promised this games having replayability due to muh open world but holy shit, that's not true at all. This game has the worst level scale since HGSS.

One of the easiest games I nuzlocked blindly to be honest. Only issue you will encounter is starfall bosses. But once you beat two know their gimmick. And the league is one of the easiest in the entire franchise too.

I recently completed a Fairy type team second playthrough, as I realised on my first just how many there were at the start of the game (there's at least five before Mesagoza). I ended with Sylveon, Gardevoir, Azumarill, Tinkaton, Dedenne and Mimikyu, and it was a lot of fun. All of them learnt moves that gave me plenty of coverage, the only real issue I had was the Poison team star base.

Did a mono normal with the following team:

Was decently fun for a first run, but I found myself wanting to use new mons and Dudunsparce felt more or less like more of the same of using Dunsparce, while Arboliva's Seed Sower made it the most fun to use on the team
