So if you like looking up what your opponent has, sure, the Battle Tower is better because maybe you can be surprised even if you're spoiling yourself.

Hell, the Arcanine model in XY has more polygons than the one in SS, even if they look extremely similar at a glance. The only really bad Pokemon in Stadium to BR is Crobat, who looks fucking British. That having been said, XY also slightly fucked up Glameow, poor thing can't catch a break.
