Companies that claim they want to include women in the workforce but then go "female identifying people" are inherently misogynistic. They just end up being bombarded with males with skirts, not actually giving any job to real women, so what's the point? It's like those political parties or award shits that go "But we have a trans woman and that's technically a woman, so we're inclusive see! We can speak on female issues! We met the female quota! Haha first female to win X honorary title! Woman of the year!" And meanwhile it's a whole ass sausage fest with not a single woman.
