Because Rillaboom is the only one of the three I used on my vgc team but I'm not really a fan of his design. I tried using an Inteleon on my first Coalossal team before hidden abilities for the starters were released, but decided against him. And now Skelegirge is practically a must have on all my vgc teams in the current series and I also love his design. I haven't tried using Quaquavell yet but he seems strong. The issue to me seems to be getting that first moxie boost off, before getting an attack boost he can't wreck house like he wants to
