Psyshield Bash is in the data for SV, and Primeape has the same evo method (use a move 20 times), so all you have do to is transfer a Stantler that knows Psyshield Bash and it'll be able to evolve.

Difference is they only add what they need for the Generation nowadays (Battle Bond is in, yet its description and effect is changed from when it last appeared, deleting the mistake from the games finally). So if Psyshield Bash was added, they're connecting Home to SV in february AND have incoming DLC, chances are they're going to allow Stantler/Ursaring to evolve by the time they launch the game+DLC bundle pack for christmas next year.

Turns out someone on gamefaqs already tested it...

Okay, WITH Eviolite, Air Slash from this Scyther did 21 damage to my Ursaring. X-Scissor did 48.

WITHOUT Eviolite, exact same Scyther (I ran and re-fought it), X-Scissor did 69 damage. Air Slash did 30.

Looks like, as usual, PLA haters are blissfully ignorant to their retardation while claiming everyone else is retarded.
