Has the game been data mined to the point that we know there isn't anyway to breed tera types down, or is that just an assumption. I think I remember in gen 6 we didn't know for a while that Destiny Knot did what it did. The process of grinding for tera shards seems so tedious that I am surprised they didn't make it pass down during breeding. Aside from that, are there any other items that might impact breeding in new ways? I'm not sure how these things are tested. Obviously they could plan to fix this in DLC, but it seems like a major missed opportunity to make breeding more interesting
