Save before making a sandwich, do one of the pokemon you hunt for, and you're almost guaranteed to find one within 15 minutes
if the effect wears out, just restart to before you made it to try again
I never been into shiny hunting before but i got into it this game due to how easy it is
it is resource intensive though, the hebra mysticas aren't common at all and you gotta farm for them
