I really like Sinnoh Victory Road personally. It has just enough of a path that you're nudged in the right direction while still feeling lost in an expansive cave.

Union Cave is one I think about a lot. On your first visit it's very plain, pretty much a straight shot unless you get sidetracked. But you can come back later and not only find a rare Pokemon on Fridays, you can also visit a different part of the Ruins of Alph. It's a neat little compact area with a lot going on, you don't need a cave to be long or full of complex map design and puzzles to be interesting.

the concept of a mountain ascent at the climax of the game is cool and it gets credit for being the first one, and i love how mt coronet is the centerpiece of sinnoh and you go through it multiple times during your journey and unlock more and more areas as you go, but it really was just a linear dungeon. could've been kino but it really fell flat on that front.

I liked Tohjo Falls. Not the most exciting cave to explore but had some charm to it. I liked the idea of it being a crossing point between Johto and Kanto.

Aside from that, Mt. Morter, Ice Path, Meteor Falls, BW2 Victory Road.

I didn't realise it was different between B2 and W2, and when I first played White 2 after having done like 3 B2 playthroughs I got confused for a minute thinking I had remebered it completely wrong. Was a cool moment. I wish they'd version exclusive locations again. Simple swaps like Lake of the Sunne/Moone and the Galar Gyms felt so lazy in comparison.

Reflection Cave in Kalos. It was refreshing to have a cave that wasn't just Zubats. It was quite straightforward in terms of navigation but not to the point of being handholdy. The mirrors were cool as well.

All of these ruin caves, so the best caves don't do this. Chargestone Cave is great, but Kalos also had its fair share of good caves, like Reflecting.
