I only played showdown during the first few days of gen9, got to like 1500. Honest to god, this mon doesnt NEED revival. It has thunder wave, stab prio with the punch buff, volt switch, etc.
It UNIRONICALLY is super good as a util support even without rez, and rez just makes it broken
Prio is probably the most broken strat in gen 9

New mons & most gimmicks are easier to implement whereas a meta-shattering mechanic like Revival Blessing wasn't added in right off the bat, now we're stuck with it at least until the end of the month or at least when they stop pissing blood over Terastallizing.

Pawmot+Rabsca were already proven as guttertrash prior to UUs inception this gen so expect them to fall even harder next shift.

You can target pokemon that are not yet dead with revival blessing in doubles
For instance turn 1 you can explode and revive something like electrode surviving off focus sash, then explode again turn 2 if you want

Okay so within a month's time these 2 have already shown that they were unable to make it into OU without Revival Blessing, & RB itself on the verge of getting a ban soon, could you please tell me what redeeming qualities they have that would actually make them OU?

First month usage means fucking nothing. Lokix and Maushold made it OU when they've shown themselves to be little more than situationally strong gimmicks whereas Espathra fell to UU and it's currently raping the tier into a coma while being discussed for a ban in OU.
