Make them larger and more intimidating. Some moss, or torn cloth on the first, a stronger looking pose on the snail, and maybe some glowing bits, make the weezel look more like a snow leopard, fish is fine, but wold be pretty sick if it was a diferent fish, like a burning shark or manta.

I'm not a huge fan of the way the swords clip through the top of the mouth but I understand the it's a design choice. Otherwise there is nothing to fix these 4 are perfect.

I think Wo-Chien could maybe use some more visible leaves or maybe some vines coming out of its 'shell'. Chien-Pao should be more furry than plastic-looking. Maybe make Ting-Lu more mountainous? Chi-Yu is fine, but maybe could use a bit more detail or be basedmore on the Dragon Goldfish.

They are already perfect. GF already fixed some of them by making them not extremely overpowered (for example, Chi-Yu's base SpA was 145 before 1.0.1). I mean they are still very strong, but imagine if GF never nerfed them

Still, I think it's fucking stupid to base a region on a particual part of the world but make the legendaries completely unrelated, like, if Unova is the US why tf did they add these Japanese gods, Musketeers and two random dragons? Only Victini seems to fit the theme

Very good concept, but gets shafted hard with a 4x weakness to U-Turn. Making him Bug/Dark could have been neat, but he's fine

Remove the icicles at the end of the swords, and remove the sword bits sticking out on top of its head, it looks incredibly stupid

He looks great, but maybe the beads should have been a bit more obvious? He does look tiny compared to the rest of the Ruin Pokemon

Design-wise they're all great. There are only two other changes I would make.
First would be to give Wo-Chien more min-maxed stats so it could hopefully not be complete garbage compared to the others.
The second would be to give them proper names.
