Wouldn't make sense for them to be super strong when the idea is that they aren't what they used to be.
Although I wouldn't get my hopes up for seeing any HG/SS exclusive content in a Lets go Johto game. Even something as simple as giving the executives unique looks. They didn't put FR/LG stuff in Lets go Kanto after all.
