GameFreak are just TOO good at coding and designing pokemon, that it would be indistinguishable from an actual glitch, and then of course their phenomenal quality control would flag it immediately, and remove it. And then since GameFreak is so busy revolutionizing video games as an artform, this oversight would go unnoticed until production, at which time fan backlash from daring to touch the precious game they've come to love would prevent any updates from adding it in. So really, if you need a good reason, it's your fault, OP.
