They're nerfing everything this gen already so expect him to have stats reduced, the moves power reduced, or both
Compfags ruin everything "muh balance" so they're weakening everything like a bunch of amateurs when actual good design philosophy says when something is too strong you buff other things where ever possible before even considering a nerf

I generally believe that, but not when it's a single standout factor that is blatantly stronger than the rest. When you follow that line, it just becomes a game of speed ties and focus sashes.
