>>52622303No I'm telling you that the theme IS consistent, you just don't have the knowledge to get what the theme is.
Once you start digging into alchemy, absolutely everything makes sense.
here's an example: In BW, towards the end you go through the entire Mason initiation ritual.
The ritual consists of the to-be members travelling to the Temple of Solomon. On the way they go through a hall with a checkered floor are stopped and harassed by 3 evil men (killers of the architect of Solomon's Temple) and fend them off to reach the temple.
Towards the end of BW you go through the 3 ruffians (the ninja guys) and then pass through 2 immense pillars to enter the temple where N is waiting. Behind N is the 3rd pillar, which symbolizes Solomon.
Team Plasma itself has 7 sages, like Emperor Justinian and his own sages were 7.
Ghetsis' staff is almost exactly the symbol for Christ used in that era, the "Chi Rho" an X and a P meaning Christ in greek, the actual logo of team plasma is exactly that symbol.
Hell, there's a lab in BW2 that is literally named P2, which is a literal and direct reference to the Italian masonic division "P2" or "Propaganda 2".
these are all in because templars and masons were some of the groups that fervently believed in and practiced alchemy
not going to write a book about it in a post, but the other games also depict other groups and alchemical practices, especially SV and SM
even for RS, team Aqua is a stand-in for the templars that became pirates after the crusades and kept the Chi Rho but added a skull to it, which is also how they buried their own
