The people who sealed it knew of its elemental affinity, thus wanted to place it at a place in Palea which weakened its power.. They do the same to the rest of the Treasures, Groundblight in the forest in the north-west, Grasswither in the south-east, Firescourge in a waterfall in the north-east end of the Region. In areas that if swapped around, would be perfect for another Treasure of Ruin to gather strength and potentially break its chains.

Recently I adopted a stray cat that's very long, he looks really silly, doesn't help that he has an equally long and very fluffy tail. The moment I saw Chien-Pao all I could think was "lol it's him". So yes, it's hard to take it seriously.

I can't into describing artstyle but this looks so much fucking better than the playdough legs the in game model has. Everything is just too smooth on its in game model and that goes for a lot of Pokémon this gen.

Biggest thing to know about them is that the pokemon is the artifact itself, not the animal body it makes out of the environment. You can catch them at any point in the game. however, they are level 60 so that means you need all 8 badges for them to obey you. Perfect for E4/Area Zero tho.

Pulling all of the stakes is enough to unlock their respective gates. The History teacher explains the lore, but I'll mention that the Pokedex says that these are just regular Pokemon that formed around the cursed artifacts. So everything wilting, dying, and deconstructing around them isn't of their volition

It's probably because, stats-wise and typing-wise, he is the worst (but definitely not bad at all) of the four.
But design-wise he's really good. In fact, it's Ting-Lu who's left out, he's the less popular of the four.
