Teens can get their hands on alcohol at 16-17 (Remember Superbad?), and yet we aren't suppose to see women at that age who do these things as not mature? I'm confused, you have girls saying they can dress how they want and its not for the male gaze, but they cannot be so naive that they dont know what attention it will attract. Yes things are not exclusive, but are you to sit here and say that a young woman in her teens is not sexually viable to men especially if she's putting on a show? I'm not talking about hunting down high schoolers who keep to themselves, I'm talking about the kids who aren't kids that post direct cleavage shots, twerking videos, and sultry content.
