>>52625679not the same anon, but If you write a story there has to be some emotional weight. If there's nothing, the story doesn't really work. Arven is the one that suffers the most in the story, and the plot doesn't give him enough screen time for us to empathize with him, and if even he doesn't really seem to care and that's not explained in the story, then something is wrong. You'll feel the character unrealistic more than feeling that "He doesn't want to care", the story never talks about that... He even care a lot about his father/mother investigation in postgame, he does care about them, but the ending feels like he doesn't.
I get you all liked the game a lot but I can also understand why It's not emotional enough to some and how you can feel Arven's character unrealistic.
