The implication of course is that this is the book Sonia authored - which also means SV happens a while after SwSh.
I imagine Sonia couldn't put in the book a current Gym Leader was involved in destruction of an archeological site, or that league chairman's property was used to do so -even despite he didn't consent and he actually disavowed Bede after this.
I had to search these details because SwSh story is so forgettable, I just remembered the destroyed mural.
