Greninja is a fairly "ok" execution of a frog ninja. Would I have preferred it to be less humanoid? Yes (its prevos are stronger designs). Is it an example of agregious design? No.
Lucario is a worse, but still hinges on some reasonable design principles like still having fairly decent anatomy and not being overly complex.
I don't personally find jobmons entirely aggregious. I don't find humanoids entirely aggregious. Those are just the mons that push the limits and your two examples push it just far enough without going into full retard territory.
