Plus - and this one has stuck with me for years - an npc mentions that a similar group to team flare were asking questions a few years back and it never gets resolved
I’ve played X and Y more than any of the other games and the story has the buildings of the best in Pokémon but the game does absolutely nothing with what little lore it has.
