If you finish your history classes the teacher will put the locations on the shrine (not stakes) on your map. You can still find and complete it without talking to her

It's roughly the locations of the stakes. Also there is one stake in a cave but I forget which one (it took me so long I had to use a guide, bastards) Don't ask me what the implications of the summoning circle of the four shrines being in Area Zero, I don't know but I'm very curious if it'll elaborate in the DLC.
