>>52639125they are a 4.23 percent drop from almost every six star raid (maybe all six star im not sure) and the charizard raid did not gaurantee a patch either, it was random. i have 12 ability patches from being dedicates to raids for a couple days on my violet version. i think even some five star raids might drop it, or alternatively, you can find HA mons in the overworld (gold tera pokemon) or crystal raid pokemon. they even increased the rates of HA feok 15% to 30. back in swsh it was only a 15 chance and i completed the entire HA dex in apriballs using my own console (and trading for apriballs, but farming the abilities myself with raid dens) SV made that entire process easiee faster and more fun
