Even the stallmons this gen need to actually be able to do something.
Blissey still has Seismic Toss, SR, and Thunderwave
and despite that it's still floundering.Ting Lu has Ruination, SR, Spikes, Whirlwind, Body Press, and it even has a workable attack stat.
Toxapex is too non-threatening now. Scald used to make physical attackers afraid to switch in on it, and Knock-Off used to make choice users afraid to switch in on it.
It still has Haze so you can't set up in its face, sure, but the Clod/Dozo/Dirge core means that setup sweepers aren't even THAT good against stall anymore.
Also has Toxic and Toxic Spikes, but so does Clodsire.
