This only makes me think where the fuck the Pokedex is pulling information from. Jacq or someone else said they use to have to fill out Pokedex entries by hand, but what the fuck were they writing down? I thought maybe this went with the theory that entries were mostly made up, since if they were writing down preexisting information, then there would be no need to write it down if that information already exists to reference. But now we have Scarlet entries pulling from the Violet occulture book pretty much word for word and the same for Violet.

But they do? The Scarlet and Violet books talk about the respective game's Paradox Pokemon, while the opposing game's Paradox Pokemon have dex entries speculating about them because they do not exist in that world to begin with.

I read a pretty compelling theory earlier that the time machine isn't a time machine at all, but rather it's conjuring up what Sada/Turo expected or imagined past/future Pokemon to look like.
