Now, I clearly remember actually wearing blue/violet colored school uniforms way back in middle and high school, but I don't ever recall hearing of a school or university that uses that bright shade of red/orange as their primary colors. Especially not with lame pinstripes slapped onto it to make a bad design even worse like that.
