Hell, even if you WANTED to go for a reach and finesse the concept to make it work, Tsuchinoko to 'Luck Dragon thing' gives you A LOT less to bullshit with than anything else. With Remoraid and Octillery, you have 'gun to canon', suction cups, and both being sea creatures to work with, whereas Dunsparse to Drampa have... um... they have a same color scheme, and I guess they're reptilian?
Give it up, you and your buddy failed English/Language Arts/Reading and you're proving you've failed at Art/Design as well.
