In fact, I'd bring in an entirely new team of composers that can bring back that Pokémon feel. Whoever did the Gym Leader battle theme for SV has clearly lost his mind. If a new team isn't possible, I'd just remove music entirely. Ohmori said to "use your imagination" as an excuse for the lack of voice acting, so let's extend that to the music as well.
