This game isn't as bad as anons would lead you to believe , hell most haven't played it at all. The gameplay and terrain effects and how you play around them are great , you only have shitmons to work with in early game so you have to use every single positive trait for said shitmon which is fun , but the story is insane and incredibly unhinged . People shit about the story but it's incredibly entertaining and lets be honest no one cares about a pokemon fangame's story in the first place
Give it a try and see for yourself , just be warned this game is balls hard and more than 90+hrs long

Expect a thoroughly edgy experience that's not optimized for slower computers. The game is harder than vanilla in every conceivable way, the setting is oppressively gloomy, and there are some needlessly edgy drama moments based on forum roleplay that was at the time claimed to be real.

It's an experience, alright, but I wouldn't readily recommend it unless you're looking for something needlessly grim

QOL is the only one you’d ever need unless you want to do whacky runs like poison mono (this one is fun) or hardcore (this one breaks balls). Reborn isnt hard, it just requires more than three brain cells. Pretty fun regardless tho. Also, a tip: Kricketune is god

The QOL ones, especially fullivs if you don't plan on using wonder trade etc., also it's not as hard as people say especially early on but you should know what you're getting into, difficulty only feels like it gets bullshit after you get to the point of no return (agate circus). For example the psychic leader uses trick room on a field that boosts priority moves and gives the pokemon with the lowest health stat priority.
