>>52678812ILCA isn't the problem, the game was a gap filler designed in fucking Unity, they probably only started making it after Iwao decided to delay Legends to try to make it a good game. I don't think anyone but some sort of tech wizard could make a good game in such a short time. Off the top of my head, the first Pokemon Stadium had what like 20 Pokemon in it, Majora's Mask had an entire engine to work with, and Melee is still a jank mess. And of those three games, Iwata was there to help with two, so again you need a wizard.
