How in the world will they even wrap up his story at this point? There's way too much fanservice that needs to happen in just 11 episodes, it's impossible to do it all in a satisfying way.

>4kids voices for major Kanto/Orange/Johto characters (not fucking happening but its what I want the most)
>Popular Kanto characters of the day like Duplica, Samurai, and Sandshrew guy appear
>He gets his fucking Pidgeot back

Just focus on OS characters+all the Pallet reserves. Most of the other characters appeared in Journeys.
