no it just got outclassed by better ubers but with its stats it can never be ou for at least like 3 or 4 more gens

I feel like that's a line Smogon will never cross.
They have an idea of what OU's powerlevel should be, and that's between Mewtwo and Staraptor.
And VGC will obviously never change it because they ban based on classification rather than in-battle strength.

iron valiant is slightly weaker but it has similar offensive power, better Stabs and better coverage, and its not amazing in OU.
I really feel like Mewtwos stats dont make up for the lack of good typing and reliable coverage
