That's too subjective, shitmon is more fitting for a Pokémon outclassed or irredeemable in PVP, you could raise an argument about in game Pokémon that are beyond mediocre in normal circumstances like Liepard
Liepard is all about speed, but has a terrible mono type on a game with several bugs and fighting tips to punish it, low power moves capping at 80 outside of return and not enough offenses to ko something before they sneese at it and kill it, it's basically worse dugtrio, the sad part is that thanks to prankster Liepard and Purrloin can be quite amazing in PVP
