I am pretty sure they will never, ever address MissingNo.
If they did, I would be sad that they make it catchable. They should add it as a super rare encounter. Basically something as minor as Walda's code in Emerald.

Yeah it caps at 255 like all gen1 glitchmons can. Once you're over 100, the code to check if you've hit level cap doesn't work correctly and rare candies can allow you to continue until you loop back to 0. Any battle EXP will get to level 100 if over 100.

MissingNo. is in every version of the game, and the easy way of finding it was only patched in Yellow and the European versions of Red & Blue.

If missingno functioned exactly how it did Gen 1, I wouldnt even be mad. I would suggest patching the current bugs before doing this because getting a Missingno raid after an extremely shitty release is just in bad taste.

I have said it before, but I think it would be really fun to introduce him as a legendary, hell even give him his own movie. Sort of like the Eldrazi from Magic, a Pokemon that lives between dimensions somehow ends up in the main world, corrupting everything he touches. He doesn't understand he's causing chaos, he's just trying to find his way home. You could have him as some big monster like pic related...
