I made this once the Masters Johto arc was announced. US Lugia's Song BGM of course. A lot of the official ones are nice, I just never bit for the paid themes.
>>52709973I don't know if seedminer is still the preferred method, that was 15 easy but very specific steps, then once you're done you use the FBI app or homebrew browser that come with the CFW to install new stuff. You'd use the Anemome theme manager for themes, there have been at least 3 over the years and every time the developer would eventually wig out and stop supporting it, but Anemone lasted.
Beyond piracy of course you have custom themes (very easy to make) and unencrypted save backup for carts and digital, PSP-grade stuff but a very big deal for those dozen or so games that RE-ENCRYPT AFTER EVERY SAVE (including every single Game Freak Pokemon game, natch) so as to make normal copy and paste backups useless, the Pokemon save editor/exporter, a few little homebrew games. As for "mods" Pokemon probably leads the way with difficulty hacks and model swaps, but you can easily swap out the music in a lot of games too, custom soundtrack hoooo.
