100 is only workable as an attacking stat if you have an ability boosting it or a broken move.
Average right now would be about 125 (this is counting shit like Maushold and Lokix, and not counting Palafin)
Obviously a high attack stat isn't everything, otherwise Rampardos would be good, but you can see how crazy the powercreep is.
