And you can't say that Game Freak didn't want the Hisuian form to overshadow the original. They have never cared about the original Typhlosion being overshadowed.
And keep despite both Typhlosions getting a bunch of physical moves they still doesn't get any physical set up moves (no I'm not dignifying Howl by acknowledging it as a move). Keep in mind Delphox got Nasty Plot, and Cinderace got Swords Dance both of which are already minmaxed as fuck in their preferred offensive stat. Delphox was even the villainy behind Smogon telling people "never to use Typhlosion with the intent of winning games"
And they gave Earth Power to Skeledirge despite it not fitting it at, and Skeledirge never even runs Earth Power because its movepool is so good it can't fit Earth Power into most sets
And "people" say Typhlosionfans have a "victim complex". Shut the fuck up, unless you are the ONE Meganiumfriend on this containment board you can't talk.
The only consolation is that the original Typhlosion has Shadow Ball now, which is good until you realize just how barren its movepool really was in the first place, For reference, the Eeveelutions (infamous for having barren movepools, have had Shadow Ball since Gen2).
Also CHARIZARD lost Weather Ball, Scorching Sands, Defog and Tailwind and didn't get any new overpowered forms or moves in gen 9
